1. Products and Descriptions We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products, including the Ragusin Collection Reins. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any orders placed with incorrect information.

All products are sold “as described.” The Ragusin Collection Reins come with a specific 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee: If your horse is not collected within the first 24 hours of proper use (following the included instructional video), you may return the reins for a full refund. You may keep the free ebook as our gift.

2. Pricing and Payments All prices are in U.S. Dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods through our checkout provider. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery We ship within the United States. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs (for international orders).

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Ragusin Collection Reins: Eligible for return within 24 hours of receipt if the horse is not collected (see guarantee above).
  • Other products (books, audio guides): Returns accepted within 30 days if unopened and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the 24-hour guarantee applies.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, images, videos, the Ragusin Collection Reins design, and Al Ragusin’s training methods, is owned by Al Ragusin or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
